Mantra Guide is designed with privacy-first principles. We do not require social logins to use the essential features of the app. However, if you provided your phone number, name, or city/state for customized Panchang reminders or if you interacted via Facebook / Meta Ads, you can easily remove or request the total deletion of this information at any time.
If you installed Mantra Guide via a Facebook or Instagram campaign or connected your Facebook account, you can remove your activities through your Facebook settings by following these steps:
1 Open your Facebook App or log in to Facebook.com.
2 Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3 Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Apps and Websites.
4 Locate and select Mantra Guide from the list.
5 Click the Remove button.
6 Check the box to "Delete posts, videos or events Mantra Guide posted on your timeline" (if applicable) and confirm by clicking Remove.
Once removed, Meta will immediately cease sharing any user token or advertiser attribution identifier with our application.
To delete all locally stored chanting logs, history, favorites, and cached Panchang data from your Android device:
This will instantly wipe all offline SQLite databases, shared preferences, and cached audio files from your physical device.
To permanently delete any cloud records (such as your Firestore user profile, contact details, or email correspondence) from our servers, you may send a deletion request using the form below or by directly emailing our support team.
